Why did we start our own laundry?

Around 25 years ago, we found ourselves with a problem. We needed a reliable laundry service that could provide consistently high-quality results for the linen used within our hire business. Unfortunately, we couldn't find a laundry that consistently delivered the standard we were looking for. Rather than compromise on quality, we decided to do something about it.

We set up our own commercial laundry. What started as a solution to our own requirements has grown into a successful laundry operation supporting hundreds of businesses across Northamptonshire with their linen requirements.

Having our own laundry gives us something incredibly important: control. We don't have to send our linen away and hope it comes back to the standard our customers expect. We're constantly looking at ways to reduce energy consumption and improve efficiency without compromising the quality of the finished product. For us, sustainability isn't about making big claims.

It's about making sensible improvements to the way we operate and continuing to look for better ways of doing things.
